Plastisol Coating helps defend against rust, corrosion and high voltages when doing industrial work. The material is also flexible and strong, making it ideal for working in extreme conditions.
Plastisol can also be molded into multiple shapes. The most common molds are grips for tools, end caps and custom molds. These molds are made to withstand harsh conditions such as extreme changes in temperature without breaking down or warping.
Fluid Bed Powder Coating creates a versatile and durable coat for any piece, making it resistant to chipping and discoloration. These qualities make them ideal for recreational use outdoors or industrial use in plumbing and construction.
When a piece needs reshaping, our in-house workshop can help. We currently have a milling machine, saw and press machine.
In addition to coating, we offer services such as laser engraving and packaging to ensure your product is customized to meet your requirements.
